There are lots of things that are allowed/overlooked now at Spot that would had been unheard of...when I started with spot in the mid 90s. No matter what you call it be it the vibe, fff, etc...great customer service and low /competitive prices are what brings the consumer into the stores. I think there have been some positive changes made within Spot ( and I realize that Spot has to change to be viable ) but some things were working and didn't need to be changed. If I had a piece of advice it would be for the Ceo, Cfo , and all of their counter parts...to come out of their deluxe offices and spend time touring stores across the country, talking to team members, leaders and guests a like. Find out what people need/want in a place to shop and a place to work.
