Hi, I'm new to the forum and the store. I've been working for about two weeks and I don't feel like I got sufficient training, plus the LODs just seem to get less and less friendly every time I come in. Still, I plan on keeping this job for at least 6 months, so please tell me it gets easier!

Welcome to The Break Room! Training (or lack thereof) is one of the company's biggest opportunities, along with communication. You're not the only one. I wish I could tell you that it gets easier, but we're in the busiest quarter of the year.

Don't be afraid to ask veteran TMs questions as well as your TL. We have plenty of folks here who can help as well.
