Is there a minimum number of hours they are supposed to pay you for we were scheduled to unload the truck but the truck was a no show so they made us all leave after an hour. I was told they were supposed to give us 2 hours minimum due to being scheduled

Depends on your state. Usually 3 hours & make you do backstocking or reshop.

I was told back when I worked, that the minimum hours is 3 according to Target HR policy. I remember because we’d always let TMs work 2 hours, interview them for another hour, then fire them lol
Sometimes for the big fish, we Just term the second they’d click in; but still pay them for the 3 hours.
