Archived Chapter 2: They Didn't Keep Me

I'm not saying this isn't true, but most HRBPs I've met are idiots.

Same here man, I miss that Zebra. It was also missing the dialog choice for manual options so when prompted it would drop the craziest manuals I've ever seen.

You can, it's accessed very similarly but you have to be in EXF mode.

You can apply the same (SFC-SFQ) logic to a POG (a fill to depth POG fill) and a fill group (which would be a fill to depth manual). And yeah, I totally agree with the (SFC) batch suggestion. It'd be great for filling/flexing endcaps and shooting batches for PTM areas. Sometimes an endcap will...

    Archived Pog pulls

It doesn't sound like a technology issue, unless you intend to change the fill logic. You're saying the fill to depth option ("pull to capacity") gives you (SFC-SFQ) but the OP is saying that it used to just give you (SFC) and that he wants it that way again. (For what it's worth, I agree.)...

If you audit something down, that also adjusts the Sales Floor Quantity. So if it fits the criteria, it'll pull in CAFs or autos. The criteria for the deepest daily system led fill are the autos, which pull items that are below Presentation Minimum (PM) plus the Expected Daily Sales (EDS) of...

Archived New POG Fills/Revision Fills (after My Work 2.0 launch)

@SigningLady You got it. It's not that the DPCIs you're asking for aren't dropping into the Move batch. It's that myWork takes a bit of time after you tie the POG to register the new capacities and square them with the current SFQs to generate the batch options. I don't know if there's a fix in...

Archived New POG Fills/Revision Fills (after My Work 2.0 launch)

You have to select "NO" when it asks "hey you just tied this POG, wanna drop a batch?" and then wait 5-15 minutes and try dropping the batch again. It takes a few minutes for the updated capacities to trigger the system for replen.

Archived Call out this Christmas Eve.

I've never understood people who think they're sticking it to The Man by calling out on Black Friday/Christmas Eve/etc. Target won't feel you calling out, I promise. But your store team that's now just that much more overworked on an already crazy day will.

These are questions that could all be answered in a single five minute conversation with your GSTL. Please have that conversation. And in general, don't be afraid to ask questions.

Resources for Humans (An HR Thread)

I'm super confused. I'm saying HRBP is a relatively easy, well-paid job. I'm saying that my friend thinks it's even easier and less stressful than her ETL assignments, despite her being in a really busy and therefore a purportedly stressful market. I don't think I've contradicted myself or...

Resources for Humans (An HR Thread)

Are you an HRBP? Depends on the market I suppose, but yeah she's having a great time even in the busy urban market she relocated to. She says it's way easier than her ETL assignments.

One of my peers recently relocated for an HRBP position. It's a pretty cushy role.

Archived Please contact your Security Administrator or Help Desk.

The number for the Helpdesk (aka CSC - client support center) is 612-304-4357, or just dial 701 from a store phone. But can you elaborate on the error? Is it using myTime self service or Kronos? If Kronos, are you sure you have the server URL right? It's Target SSO - https://mytimemobile.target.com

Archived My theory on why Branch was replaced with Kronos.

I'm not sure what you're saying so this might be a useless reply, but we're not able to change Zebra passcodes at a store level. You could call CSC for every Zebra with a 0000 passcode and they might be able to help. Also, changing the door PINs is really easy, your PMT can do it at the STL's...

Archived When the DTL visits the store, what talking points do you bring up?

DTL visits are normally basically a tour of the store. You walk the store with them, show them what's going on, what you're proud of, what you're struggling with and what plans you have in place to address what you're struggling with. They'll tell you if they see something they don't like. I...
