Our ETL position has been open for at least two months.Tls are still put through the same bench process. They might be on the bench until a position opens up.
Do larger stores have more than one HR ETL?
It's really hard to get on the bench as an ETL. Though my district gave it to anyone..Our ETL position has been open for at least two months.
??? Explain please. It's really hard to get on the bench as an ETL. Though my district gave it to anyone..
The hard to get on or the gave to anyone???? Explain please.
Dang. What’s your sales volume? Or is it because you’re a super? No. We get HRTLs alongside the ETL-HR.
My store has an ETL-HR, HR Process TL, and 4 HR Experts.

SameWe did over $120 million in 2022 and 2023. And my store's always had an HRTL and ETL-HR afaik.

There’s a bench for SDs too.Second part please.
PS I never knew there was an ETL bench.
I verified yesterday it's been 2-1/2 months now. 🤣Our ETL position has been open for at least two months.
That’s not a long time.I verified yesterday it's been 2-1/2 months now. 🤣
For every other company in the world it is!That’s not a long time.
I did mention this to my SD yesterday. Our new ETL finally arrived.
However I had three TMs in different departments complain to me already.
I haven't even talked to this ETL yet so I have no opinion.

It sounds like you’re stirring the pot. Let the new ETL get acclimated to the store.I did mention this to my SD yesterday.
The reply was that ETL does things by the book.
She did ask whether those three TMs work directly under that ETL.
I said no.
You would think a new employee at any firm would try to keeps things chill for a while after just starting a new position.
