Long story short. My fiancé a few years ago gave two weeks notice at Target but due to circumstances had to quit before the two weeks notice is up. We sort of thought that would be make him non-rehirable due to job abandonment or something. However in recent weeks he reapplied at a different store and had a interview that went well. At what point in the process would this potential non-rehireable issue arise? Would HR even send the “Youre invited to interview” email if he was listed as non-rehireable?
