Archived Rfid help.

My store starts the rfid process today. I imagine there is some prep involved. My etl and team lead don't seem to have a plan or really know much about rfid.

So I a have some questions, first I heard that the guns are tricky, so what should I know to trouble shoot them. From this point on does everything come off the truck activated or is that something I need to worry about. Any answers and advice are greatly appreciated.
