Another people at my store got fired today. They take two buses to get here, and they kinda was a bad worker. But I think it's a dick move to let someone come in, tell them not to clock in and then fire them. What's so hard about calling them and telling this they;re being let go. Or do it at the end of their shift?
It's even worse on flow, where buses aren't running and sometimes the person has to wait hours for a ride if they get fired. Im not trying to excuse bad workers, but that just seems unfair. I know if I ever get fired and told to leave right after getting there, imma locu the entire backroom, then walk out the fire door
