Not true. I was looking at pay charts for stores in my area and some have a $2.25 difference, while my store has a $5.25 difference.

Can you elaborate? I'm a rather new TL.

Posted about this on another thread but... $20.25 in NYC. Base is expected to raise to $23 with the switch from PG40 to PG45.

Should be. I have a bunch of paper SPLs the week of 5/19.

My store's PG40 minimum is $20.25... Heard that the PG45 minimum will be $23. Insane but not complaining.
