Feels like a dumb question, pretty sure I won't have one. But I was a On-Demand Team Member for half of 2021 going into 2022. Quit in 2022 and never had a shift in 2022. Will I still have a W-2 to worry about?

Been on demand team member. Don't see myself work for Target anytime soon. And the random, "yo, you got to work or we terminate you" every 6 weeks is tiresome (Also have a Full Time & Part Time job that both pays better). Wanted to quit origianlly but got talked into becoming a on Demand Team...

What happens when the one barista is scheduled and need to go on their lunch? There are many stores out there that literally schedules 1 barista. And when they go on lunch, has to shut down (or not take a break at all).

Best Buy is piloting something like it already. But instead with an Agents on a webcam helping a customers find items. And building a virtual basket and checking out for them. We have a fake store set-up and can demo products on video too. Actually my current job, very interesting concept so...

So when I was told and became a On-Demand TM, I was told I had to work a shift every 6 weeks. Is it every 6 months now? Or still every 6 weeks? Not a student.

This fall supposedly, with all the shortages. Who even knows. I work at a company operated store, even we have no clue.
