What do you mean by starter check?

Online it says you only have to be 16 to get the debit card...

I don't know whY, but I am unable to apply for the red card debit are some of these things why I can't? 1. 16 years old 2. Team member 3. Just made bank account that same day I applied. (probably this but I asked my banker and they said it was okay...)

So I am going to my orientation in a few days but I have question. Should I just walk into the "employee area" when I go in for my orientation? There's a door with a keypad, so I don't know if it is actually locked and need a employee number or not. Since I only got accepted, I don't have number.
