18 yrs ago when I fitst started, I casually walked the store when I could my first week there, noted all the emergency exit doors, then planned how I'd get the hell out of Dodge at a seconds notice incase of robbery or worse.

If you're a young, pretty girl at Target, you can get away with murder, and especially watching security camera clips of salesfloor team members, even if you're simply a regular TM yourself!! I've seen it happen more than a few times.

I would always introduce myself to each new girl/finding out their names on their first days. With MALE tms however, usually weeks (sometimes multiple months) would go by before I'd start trying to remember their names :)

I remember when entire last names were on the weekly schedules on the HR wall.

I was simply a TM assigned to train newbies for a couple of years for the 13 years I was there, but I did have to sign off on each trainee after completion of training. I did however train some of the best workers that Rancho Santa Margarita store has ever had!!
