    Hmm... I have never thought of that lol, how long does it normally take for unload? Does it seem to help with the unload time? Say each trailer is 2500, my goal time is under 2 hours. We can usually do it! Edit: what do u mean by live and dead?

    Well said OP! Sometimes I just feel bad for Plano, at our store they are so negative and speed challenged. But being the handworking s.o.b. I am, hand over support. My flaw is when I need to lend a hand I am constantly following up with the entire team seeing how the leader doesn't communicate...

    Thank you for the words of wisdom. My concern now is the girl in R/RL wants to pull both SF and B/R to ensure she is getting all the product, she claims it is easier to piece together the MIRs, but I fear it is so time consuming for one person to do this. But I am going to allocate 4 hours...

    I am curious how different stores handle doubles. I know it helps to bring the team in earlier so we are able to complete more floor work before the store opens, we are a 4am. We normally have two truck throwers in each trailer and a scanner in each one, however, the flow of two trailers...
