Those reports on the training meter...if you key them in on time, you're green. If they are not, you're red. You have a chat with your HRBP as to why you're in the red. No one wants that chat. So here's the issue...do you key in training, that's not completed, anyway, on time, to save face...or...

So you've been with the Bullseye for over 10 years. Your discount is now for a lifetime, correct? Is it still good if you're termed or you quit?

Ok here's another one for you.... Keys! Equipment control is huge in the stores. I know some stores assign the keys and have TSC write them out for you. Other stores go on the blind faith that you wrote the keys you took into the equipment log book and you're going to remember to log them back...

So I have a question.... I was told by my STL yesterday that we hold our team accountable for calling out sick, but not weather-related call-outs. Is this true? So if I'm sick and it just happens to be on a snow day, I can say my car is stuck or I'm not shoveled out of my parking lot, I'm ok...
