The only thing i tell our cashiers is to open rolled coin andcount it. It is funny to get an oldr style of bill and watch the younger cashiers freak out and think it is fake.

I am gstl for my store, and have heard the same thing, I try to ask each tm about their life and ask follow up questions later. I was by nature very shy, Target has pushed me a long ways from where I started, I still have my moments. I enjoy the bubbly me more than the other :D

My store is ulv also and we are down to 4 closers most nights, the only way we accomplish reshop is partnerships by logistics/front end/lods.

From hard to easy: flow, pog/pricing, backroom/instocks, food ave/starbucks (dealing with target, starbucks & all the regulatory folks) then gstl/salesfloor. Imho from my ulv experience.

Almost all of my shirts are from bullseyeshop, i do not buy the ladies shirts, they are all too short, nor the polis with the ebmbroidered logos, they fade much too quickly. My favorite is the one with the giant target on the front :)

Jmho, it takes awhile to find yourself in a tl role.... You do not get to pick your role, even if there is only one opening, they may move someone else to get what they view as the best person for the job. My store had hinted at one position for me, then it became something completely different...
