Target distribution center has been much more than a blessing to me ever since I was hired. I broke & in a very low place in my life due to mistakes I made when I was younger, was unemployed for almost 3 solid years Before target hired me.... Some of the most stressful things I went through was seeking employment everyday, day in & day out job hunting was rough for 3 years strait, those times were very trying on even the toughest of people.
So since Im use to having to work construction & being in the weather elements & what not my whole life. Ive always been pretty use to working 10-12hr days/ 52-76hr weeks for years doing construction.
Buuuuuuuuut wait.... There's more!
If u so happen to put me in depal on Cage Carts or on the manual lines & there's were I shine like a diamond!
Not many are willing to be a Depal Veteran but that's where my strengths are at.
I try not to "Show My A**"ociates! All the time but What's the point of being in depal & not throwing boxes like a Deranged Lunatic... Its a pretty good stress reliever & workout... anyways Lmao
What's up TGT Team?
500-850 Cartons Per-Hour on 1 Manual line by my self.
Orr
1400-2300 Cartons Per-Hour by MYSELF on the Cage Cart line.
Been a Faithful Depal Warrior since my 1st week! & Not interested in transferring to another dept or shift. I'm good where I'm at.
& I really wish TGT hosted national tournaments across America for people who are gifted/skilled @ throwing freight!
Like competitions for people
Who are skilled @Throwing Cage Carts
It's amazing to watch people grow from a decent worker to a human/ freight throwing monster. Regardless of someones size or build. Some of the people I've trained or worked with during my 2 years at my DC were animals. Our shift/ key has had to be one of the best depal crews In america atleast @ 1 point & time I know for sure that was us. No doubt because we have hit sum pretty crazy numbers across the sorter per hour & also going over plan even when they were redicilous sized plans.
