i hate it when guest buy a bunch of stuff with coupons and return it 5 minutes later... serious people find a really job. usually when that happens i call my gstl, but if the gsa's are there i don't even bother calling them cause they hate confronting guest and let them get away with anything...
what i usually tell guest is, "you have a change to win a $5,000 gift card, if you want to try to win that money just go to guest service"... it usually works, i get about 3 to 7 surveys a day. because if you tell them they have to do a survey they'll just leave.
they actually stole some electronic keys earlier this month at a buena park, ca store... they were warning tm at my store to be careful with any type of keys because they stole $10,000 worth of ipods and ect.
