Our store had 4 checkout advocate call outs on top of the outage so that left us constantly calling for backup and 3 three tiered carts of go backs to do in the morning.
Yes my store cares a whole lot and have been keeping an eye on cashiers who haven’t got one in a while. They do give us incentives so we can look forward to getting red cards.
