    They typically prefer to exhaust all options to get an internal candidate before choosing an external hire at least for PG45 roles such as VM and TL roles to show that they are allowing for internal growth for the team

    My SD gives me up to $25 per week for recognition funds and such for the Team , I have never been talked to about requisition funds and limiting what sorts of things I do to keep the team engaged and involved

    As a TL I dread delivering these insulting raises to TMs I feel the minimum raise should be 1% just for existing and making it this long , and those recieve the middle score should get 2-3% and then top score at 4% for TMs

    Yes opening Team leader Gets perimeter check pay as long as they aren’t an ETL or above as they are salary vs hourly TLs

    Yup been on the struggle bus lately, pulls are sitting over 2000 DPCIS, one zoner for all of GM, lots of call ins lately, fulfillments out the wazhoo, and to top it all off our store is in a remodel

    TL Reviews, what was yours like?

    It was short and sweet not much of a raise and a prorated bonus because I joined the company early in fall just before the cut off to be eligible for a raise and bonus so I’m happy with what I got but my review was very positive
