@KendallFire My TL was made aware the same morning that I was struck. I will try again to see the ETL-HR tomorrow morning.

I worked again today, ETL-HR seemed to busy with our visitors. For what they claim is a serious offense they do not seem to be treating it with any urgency.

I worked today with no HR follow up. So I have not had sign anything. I was able to talk to the STL-AP (he has partnered with ETL-HR) he has not looked at the video from Wednesday when the TM hit me with the cartons. He told me that he is the "Safety Captain" not really sure what that is but...

Today I had a little chat with the ETL-HR and I have been accused of verbally threatening a TM. This TM neglected to tell HR that 3 days prior he threw 2 cartons at me that hit my injured leg. My TL was made aware that he had struck me twice and rather hard, but my TL seems not to have done...
