your loa would fall under personal and is up to your hr/stl. in my experience, it was usually granted for tm needing additional time to deal with sickness, death, divorce, or other unpleasant things. with the amount of time you are requesting, it will be a tough sell. Does this have to do with the article on target canada and how guests were only 27% satisfied with guest service? They were the lowest ranked retailer listed. Said canada wasnt reaching projections because of the poor service skills of angry zellers employees that stayed.

hq will adjust it if you escalate the issue. fill out a service request every time it's too hot. have other tm do the same. speak with your stl. have the stl speak with dtl. how did your store rank on the BTS with store conditions? it's taken us 4 years, but we finally have some a/c to help...
