Couple things you can try. Depending on the type of phone you have, try unplugging everything from the bottom of the phone for a few seconds, plug back in, then try 52# again. We recently remodeled and got new phones, and now all it takes is dialing 52 and waiting a couple seconds.

APL and APS paygrades are the game. I would take APL just for longevity. APSs under a lot of pressure right now.
