You are asking though, right? Unless you’re a once in a lifetime Target prodigy they won’t hand you anything or bother to cross train you either. Talk to team leads, ETLs, STL. Ask how you can make the store better and offer up your skills and ideas. If you see an open shift on Branch/Kronos...

I’ve always wondered this too haha. I can never talk anyone into we live in an area where lots of people drive trucks they always got them in easily. If someone did want to do it I wouldn’t know how to do it though. Would they call SquareTrade then?

Ours is going soon; maybe a month or two. The Cafe has sort of slid in recent years, which causes less traffic, which leads to less staff or attention to it (often a Starbucks employee has to run and cover it quick), which then leads to less traffic again and the problem just snowballs...
