I am so happy to be done. I became tired of the drama, the lies, the wasting of my own time. I have never worked for an employer that allowed me to watch my peers sit around and do absolutely nothing while I never sat and barely had a lunch. Adios.
great advice and couldn't agree more that there are other jobs out there but ill be really pissed if it gets to that point. I have a ton of experience and could go right out and find another job but I want to respect them for the time off but am receiving no respect in return.

Thanks guys! I was always told I didnt qualify for FMLA because I didn't work for a full year. However since I was first on STD, I reached the 1 year mark and was told by Target HR I qualify for fmla. Im really curious to see how it plays out
Question: etl logistics here..been on loa for 5 months for surgery. My store brought in a brand new etl (who was a pmt) from 50 miles away. When I return in a few weeks..do u think ill be shipped to another store?
As an Etl Log I think it depends on your store and what the STL expects. My workcenters, all of them, were red when I started. We are a 6am store. So I would get there at 5:00am and would not leave until 7-8 for the first 3 months. I was fortunate that it slowed down eventually to a normal work...
