Might depend on your state and store volume but when I was looking for one my HR told me to tell TM's it was a dollar.

I love when a tm says something to me or when two tm's are talking near me about something that is not "brand" on stage. And I say to them, "Hi I'm .... the TL on sorry I haven't had a chance to introduce myself." This is usually followed by an awkward silence and then they introduce themselves.
