The worst part is the increased amount of work for the team with so little hours.
Also a tm asked ap if there is nothing wrong with it and that they can do, "What if a tm did it?". They were told they would be terminated.

I love when a tm says something to me or when two tm's are talking near me about something that is not "brand" on stage.
And I say to them, "Hi I'm .... the TL on sorry I haven't had a chance to introduce myself."
This is usually followed by an awkward silence and then they introduce themselves.
I do know if an stl pushes someone up for a promotion to etl and they succeed the stl gets a bonus.
