Haha that's good to hear. Your story kind of convinces me a team member complained about me, since there's no reason why the TL couldn't tell me it was a guest. I'm super nice to every TM, I don't really get why someone would want to cause me trouble over something so minor.
Never ever in the backroom, but if I spot something I like while zoning I'll often purchase it after my shift. I don't even see merchandise as legitimate merchandise until it is out on the floor.
I guess a guest could've complained about me, but damn, I didn't know an inch of midriff could ruin someone's day so hard haha. I also feel like an LOD would've came to talk to me about it, not a TL.

Do you think they will punish me for this? Especially since I've been there for such a short amount of time?
Hopefully they take it well, I'm super worried about it. I hope it doesn't make them think less of me, especially since I've only been a member for around three weeks.
I honestly have no clue what that means :/ But even if I can fix it, shouldn't I tell a manager? I've only been there for three weeks and I really want to keep the job, but I feel like they might punish me for this. I tried to look for the GSTL before I left, but I couldn't find her, so I just...
I've been working at Target for about 3 weeks now. Today an ETL told me how impressed she was with my work and that I'm going to be trained for visual merchandising next week from 11 to 7. This must have messed with my mind because I accidentally clocked out at 7:05 instead of 7:30 (was...
