I agree about opening for one item part. I had an aisle the last shift i worked that was FULL of backstock.The bad part is aside from a couple of boxes with damaged stock,the entire aisle for the most part had only one or two items per box that could fit on the shelf
I spent about two days or so with my trainer before they were transferred to softlines. I had another one, but i really wish target put some effort into actual training and moved away from the throw them in the deep end of the pool method of training

I just started working on the flow team.I know it has only been a few shifts in but i have been told to pick up the pace a couple of times.I do not want this to become an issue.Any tips on how to speed up?
