At my store we are still able to order nametags with pronouns and languages spoken on them. I got a new one a couple weeks ago.

Oh, cool. It isn't just my store that this happens in? I feel like I have that conversation almost every year.

I usually respond the basic minimum. He is in a lot, so I can't ignore him. But I usually just nod and then make myself look extremely busy and unable to stop whatever I am doing. He doesn't do anything else. It's just the one thing he says that creeps me out.

Something I've noticed lately is when I mysupport a item that is not on file, it'll automatically resolve the mysupport. But the item will still be not on file. I then have to reopen the mysupport and say that the item is still not on file. And sometimes that doesn't even work. Not sure if...

Is there a possibility of adding a way to see when something was last returned or returned to stock from fulfillment? I have items that suddenly have on-hands that haven't been delivered in weeks but I can't find them. There is no way to know if it is a glitch or if it was returned or something...

I have noticed this too. Also in toys. My guess was when it was above a certain threshold it only allows a certain amount to drop into the batch the TM is working on. But it would be a lot more effective if it at least did the first 126 items, and not through all the aisles. So, someone else...

I've been noticing this as well. It varies between Pogs but each reverse Pog has at least a couple for me.

Oh, interesting. For me, I didn't notice this. It looked like the items weren't 'located' at all. Just the 'assortment'. I ended up pulling them and putting it on the floor because I knew it would fit. So, I guess it worked out in the end.

I noticed this in GM today too. Someone backstocked a shipper under the assortment label and it never located the actual items in the shipper. When I looked at the DPCIs it said I had none in back, but it was part of the assortment so it should have been located.

They'd be manual audits instead of the auto ones that drop in everyday? That'd be nice actually. Capacity audits alongside the Inventory audits, maybe? That sounds a bit better than manual.
