    I wouldn't dedicate myself to one spot. Jump in one that seems the one you know you would grow in. Choosing one because you think is the best for you doesn't always means it is. I was ICQA moved into OB LWW than moved to WHS LWW. One spot can be good for a time but never get too comfortable...

    Interested in this as I am an LWW but what I've heard is we're getting a small raise but there are other merit positions opening up that are new. Heard it from an OM buddy of mine as well so I wonder if they are doing different things in different buildings

    Not federal law but that's what Target changed it to. You can't work 7 consecutive days or not exceed 60 hours.

    Dam. Does the Capacity OM have tenure? I know we have a few OMs that have or will try that but we also have other OMs/Leads (me) who will shut that shit down real quick. By all means and try to belittle me and we will have a problem. With the right phrases and wording even if HR is on the side...

    As a WHS TL now I would say the next time to bring up the attitude of the TL and that they are telling you to break safety rules. The TL should've figured out your barriers and eliminate those barriers. First thing they should've done is find out why the putters never got to that aisle before...

    Interesting. Our OB doors are 2-140. Kind of lucky to have the 100 dock for pipo flow cause whs doesn't have to travel far to sort

    You Have to be at my DC. Mine is shaped like an L as well but we receive pipo on our 100 dock and they store it at the end of the wing where there are no lanes
