How can I increase my packing productivity Units per hr. Yesterday my highest% was 126 And today 122 Any recommendation I want to raise this % to 150

It make me think that HR delete it Or offer the shift to some one else When I questioned I was told That means some one else took the offer before me Because multiple peoples can accept the offer First come first serve

Kronos Does any one knows why in coverage shift Most of the time it said Offer rejected ? I accept a few shifts to coverage and the next day said offer rejected.
