How often do you guys go in on a day off when they call you in? also, does it look bad not to come in when they call?

Hi guys, I'm new to target. Tomorrow is my first day of training (I'm hardlines, cashier training tomorrow). My question is, what am I supposed to do when I go in for training? Who do I talk to?
