We have that same issue with the PDA as well(even under safe battery swap mode).
I'm the Backroom Lead and have noticed how works not getting done as fast with My Devices. Our STL is aware of the issue.

Our store still doesn't have the new my device update for stow, qmos and subt does anyone know when it's going to be released? Or does an ETL or STL need to do something? When you go on training it shows you how to do it but we still don't have the options
