Well, hopefully not since I'm also a cashier and Starbucks trained...

At our store, we don't usually have a GSTL scheduled... But we do always have a GSA... So, they'll have to start scheduling a GSTL all the time then, right? We also only have 1 so I guess that will have to change too?

I thought gsa's were going to be SEA's? And Gstl's would be SEL's?! I'm so confused already!

5:30 but most of our closing shifts have been changed recently to come in around 3:30, 4, 4:30....

Will limited availability employees be phased out?!?

I can close but can't come in as early as some. I can only work nights and am open availability on weekends.

Our store also isn't giving many hours but continues to hire... It seems a shame to lose good employees just because they have other obligations... Whatever happened to work /life balance?

So, I've just joined here as our store is at the beginning of rolling out some of these changes... I'm wondering, will all part time employees with limited availability be phased out since they are requiring new hires to have open availability? I'm a hard worker but currently only work nights...
