good luck to you. i’m leaving after 2.5 years. With this new process my job took a 360 turn and i do nothing I did 6 months ago. I push truck all day long! i’m too old for that shit. I have 3 offers on the table from jobs. lots of opportunity out there.

i’ve had enough! i’ve been working as a hardline team member for 2 years. Loved it! worked in the home department, took care of my own end caps, hearth n hand, trend runs. This new way has done me in. Since October all i do is sort repacks or push truck all day. I never get transferred back...
