    They sure are getting that turnover. My store has lost half of its team with another 6 deciding if it’s better to quit. That would leave the original team down to 4 (and those are pretty much stuck there cause they won’t get hired elsewhere).

    We're a B volume store and have 3 GM TLs, PLUS a fulfillment TL, PLUS a consumables TL. Even with all these bodies in the building, our store is a shite show. Half of a truck left over, thousands in PC, MAN-CAFs rolling. Yeah ..... we're screwed come 4Q.

    This applies to regular team members too. They front loaded all of the backbreaking work without the pay to go with it. It's no surprise that our turnover rate is garbage right now. That was a pretty stupid decision, should've done the reverse to keep team members engaged.

    Most team members are only getting scheduled 2-3 days...with open availability. And they expect those team members to forgo a second job to meet business needs with this shitty scheduling. How do you expect them to “own” their departments when you don’t give them the hours and are pissing them...
