Bumping this because I'm curious how inbound hours are at other stores. I'm gen merch now, but still talk to inbound.
A month or two ago, their shifts went from four hours to three and a half. Now this week and the next (maybe the foreseeable future) they only get three hour shifts. That's not...
The only repacks that get sorted at my store are the combos. Makes me feel bad for our kitchen DBO because those are truly awful.
But I'm not sure if it's a corporate decision. It's been months since they've implemented the whole "only sort combos." I also suspect it's because the unload would...
Freaking same. Of the few new hires that actually want to do inbound, zero have lasted. We're down to about 4-5 official inbound TMs.

Do you guys use Kronos?
If not, you can always try target.com/myschedule if you just want to see your schedule. I just checked it on my end and it works.
I haven't unloaded the truck in a couple of months, but our process is still the same. The only repacks that get sorted under the line are combos, and that's all the way at the end. Softlines has their breakout in receiving so whoever is at the end tosses them their repacks.
Every other...
