Made a visit to my old store today. They had support help from the 3 nearest stores since literally half the team has quit. You would think the DTL would see how awful the management is and do something about it, but apparently all they did was send help and cancel two trucks to get them unburied.

My former store lost close to 20 people in a matter of months, including me.... It was partly all the corporate BS but a lot of it was the new STL and ETL-HR that started this year. They only fired one person and everyone else couldn't handle the stress.
