Do you know any more about the AP-TL becoming more like a Sr. TL role for AE2013?

I've heard some chit chat on this website about AE2013 and having some APTL do some Sr.TL tasks. Does anyone know anything about that?

I got it up $3.00 from the original offer. The STL is trying for more at this time... The HR-TM was a little shocked when I said I didn't accept the first offer. Was pretty funny.

Passed all three interviews within the store for the APTL position. What should I expect after all these interviews? STL has said he was recommending me for the position, not really sure what thay means.

I've been selected for an interview for an APTL position. They said this position is to replace the old ETL-AP. Is this common for stores to only have a team leader in this position? Is this a key carrier position? What is the paygrade for this position?
