Everything builds up over night, because your inbound crew is backstocking. If the floor counts are not adjusted to properly account for what's there, then the count will go up.

We do ours between 5pm - 12 am. Anything that drops after midnight is for the next day. We get 100% every night with 2 people pulling and 3 people pushing. We average 1500 DPCIs/5500 Units

We close at 10pm and 1 Closing Expert and the Closing Leader stay til 11:45pm to make sure all 1/1 are done. We are usually out by 11. Nothing drops after 10:30 pm
