So I work in style and lately my hours have been decreasing each week. I was wondering if it would be a good idea to ask to be cross-trained in different areas of the store to get more hours?
I know after Christmas hours are cut drastically but I checked my schedule for the first week of March, and I was only scheduled for 4 hours. Has this happened to anyone else?
