I had a clearance item go salvage, and then carry forward into the next set. Took HQ a couple of weeks to adjust the pricing back to RRP.

Doesn't HQ know that there's almost always a label strip issue? (missing labels on REV strips, spacing is incorrect, missing entire label strip for entire shelf, labels don't account for displays, etc..)

Well, if it's anything like my store, people just toss defectives and salvage all.over.the.place. On the floor, in the trash, in reshop, or in boxes on random pallets (Salvage v. CRC v. donation). Add in the stores that are faking their pricing metrics, and there you have it. Multiply that by...
