Hey hows everyones breakout process going with the repacks off the truck? Were behind so bad..they only have 2 people scheduled from 630-1130 and they can never finish..we just get soooo many repacks its ridiculous and pallets of clothing that has to be hung🙄😭

And I totally agree with you. A majority of the VM's I have met just come from clothing stores an have no idea about anything else. An it all goes back to training. Their ETL should say something about it.

It isn't going away they just changed the title to visual merchandiser. They just want to us as VM's to focus on the store as a whole to make sure its visually appealing everywhere. I see these comments an it must be different in every store because not to be that person but I do a lot like some...
