Does anyone have any insight to how the tuition reimbursement works? I can’t seem to find any straight forward info on this. Is there a minimum amount of time you need to be working for target for before eligible? Or average minimum hours?

When they go up again do they go up to where they were around the holidays or is that typically just that time of year?

I put up this Sunday on the Swap board. Someone signed their name to take it yesterday but no LOD sign off. I asked my HR-ETL today if he could approve it and he said he would. The shift though is still appearing on my schedule, so I don’t know if he actually signed off or not. What should I do?

I got a compliance for my meal yesterday. Does this pretty much mean I’m out after seasonal time? I perform very well.

Got complianced yesterday cause I was in repacks up to my ears to find a toy and lost track of time. I literally missed it my 2 minutes. Why do they make you feel so guilty and dumb about it?

They should also show in my work the previous backroom locations so you know exactly where to look in case someone didn’t backstock and you can’t find it on the floor easily

I didn’t know about the paused carts thing. I’m pissed now because I do a lot of paused carts when the shifts switch over and previous TM didn’t finish them. Or like when this one ass hat just pauses them when he can’t find shit
