A fellow team member of mine does it all the time. She leaves an hour early all the time, when the TL or ETLs confront her she says "Oh I thought my shift ended at ______" or "I had an appointment" meanwhile she tells TMs she's going home because she doesn't want to work.

There's less then 10 people in my department so several of us are anxious to be brutally honest. At the same time we all feel very similar about improvements that need to be made in the store but especially our department. We already had a joint meeting with HR without our TL present about...

What we usually do is assign one or two people to zone around the racetrack. I tend to stand at the top of each aisle, look for the first few things that stick out like a sore thumb and then fix them. Repeat for the rest of the aisles. If I have time left over then I'll focus more on the aisles.
