I did ask. I texted them. Honestly I shouldn’t be shamed for only being able to ask some questions via text. Anyway they showed me how to pull so texting them worked.

Can you call HR to ask for a new name tag? Or will they just tell you to ask in person?

I know. But I have pretty weird social anxiety. I don’t think I can bring myself to ask at this point. It’s not about them it’s just about me being neurodivergent.

I do inbound, so pushing is what we do first. We do pulls on nights where the freight is light. Unfortunately I only seem to know how to push and back-stock and not much else.

I’ve been at Target for over a year and do not fully get how to pull. I know you take the items you pull from the back room and push them, but what do you do first? I had so much anxiety when they first showed me I never really learned. >< Appreciate any help.
