I consider myself a calm, level-headed leader for this company, but after receiving my review the other day and AGAIN for the second year there was no increase in my wage, not even 1%, I am very concerned....Why you ask, well, there are many team members that were given higher % merit increases...

Been a CTL, now Sr TL-Food...4x4's are great in theory, but not practical...I'm in a AA volume SuperT and am alone for most of the day...Between dealing with guest, vendors, CONSTANT calls for back-up, its extremely difficult to complete them, let a lone anything else...My best response would be...

I have been with Target for a long time, more than 10 years, so I remember a time when things were vastly different. We will continue to 'get what we pay for' with respect to TM's...The supermarket chain at the corner near us pays a full 1.50 more to bag groceries...not much incentive to come...
