You are probably a org chart 5 or 6 to be a A+ which has the roles split. I was a ISTL then when AE 09 came out they combined the 2 if you are under 53.8 mil

I hope the consider looking at the in stocks Backroom TL thing and give the in stocks portion to a SrTL SF. I'm a Org chart4 borderline every year to move to 5 but we never hit that 53.5 mil without phar/photo/and cafe. Org chart 5 they spilt the role.

For the double dight years that ive worked at target weve been closed on Easter. Now far as tm's working on Easter, if you are a O/N Log store, chances are your will work Sat night into Easter morning and possibly take a trailer Sun night as well.---- One of the disadvantages of the O/N process.

My STL sent me a e-mail to make sure that on Fri 1/13 if anything comes in UPS that says AE12 on it to make sure it gets in her office unopened ASAP. I think the STL's know something about AE12 and dont want any info leaked out before they can pass it down the leadership chain. More to come on...

Yes, back in the day there was a TL for every block Plus E&E.

Mr Steinhoffel please dont stoop so low to be like these "other" retailers again. Meijer and Kmart/sears didnt bend opening at 4 and 5 oclock. I think it would have been better staying at 4 like originally planned.

I bought the front page Nikon camera. that wasnt bad for the price -a $200 camera for $100- watch it will probably go TPC as I looked up reviews for it and couldnt find anything on it.

Got a feeling the IS process will be revamped for 2012 as they did test for different types of scanning at different times. There really havent been a major update since the rollout of 2009 with pathing and moving all the process off the RF screen. Id look forward to an update to the raincheck...

We will next yr. They will be testing stores this yr in CO, and rollout company wide next yr. Watch and see.

The bad part about it, the team member put his name out there. Im sure from Steinful on down is pissed and wonder will anything happen to this guy( find ways to term him) if it hasnt been done already.
