That happens a lot in my store. And it's usually because the store is behind in pricing. And the stuff it's asking for hasn't been activated.

Only ETL's and PML have access to GoCart and orders over $1,000 (most SFS orders) have to then be approved by Store Director and/or District leader.

Same thing happened to us. We also had a lot of OPU drop in at once and not alerts for them. Had to have the whole team jump in to clear them quickly.

As far as i know the GM ETL and the SD saw that our forecast for SFS was going to go up and they asked if we could get a TL just for fulfillment and it got approved. I'm new to the store but it is way more busy than the store I was before.

My store has 4 GM TLs and a Fulfillment TL position just got created because Order volume picked up.

Does anyone here have the SFS supply audit grid? I can't access it on the new workbench it just links to the old workbench and that one doesn't work anymore.

Yeah that came with the newest update this past week. No more scanning subcart locations.

It wont affect a metric but if you just hit prep complete and dont prep it and then some one else packs it and they dont pack something correctly it can be traced back to you since it'll show that you prepped the cart. It's only if a guest complains that their item arrived damaged. But there's...
