Don't blame you one bit. Target usually acts like it actually wants people to quit. When you think of the pitiful raises and how they're doing vacation time, plus how promotions only go to external college grads or the brown Noser's, there's literally no reason to stay past a year.

Archived Likely a dumb question, but...

Does the LOD have any say over you? If not, I would even take a pay cut and less hours just so I could be at my store and give them my biggest and fakist grin knowing they cant say or do shit to me. Oh the passive aggression would be...aggressive.

    Archived Pay raise?

If they don't schedule you there more than 50% of the time and give you the pay raise by about a month, let them know you're no longer interested in that area.

I get that GSA is higher, but its only .50 I would be willing to lose that to work SF. That effectively would put me at 11.75. What I'm not okay with is a further 2.75 reduction. I mean seriously ain't no COL change that extreme unless you're going from NYC to Liberty, SC

    Archived Is this for real???

Hi all. Lurked for a while, but something came up that I wanted your trusted advice on. So without exposing too much about me I've been in retail management before Target, and am currently a GSA in a medium-high COL area (less than LA, more than Charlotte). I'm relocating to a lower COL area...
