How long have you all seen an STL be in a store? Ours is going on 5 years now- we used to be a green store, now we aren't. I'm wondering how long it's going to be before they do something about the person who is the obvious problem in our store.
So just wondering what all the Pfresh store CTL's are keyed as for paygrade? I moved from GSTL to CTL, but was keyed as SFTL- dry/dairy/frozen. I assume this is because they don't want to give me a paygrade increase. I had been told that CTL was a key carrying position, true?
